1. Bust: Wrap the tape around your chest so that the tape runs horizontally across the fullest point of your chest. On the back, the tape is applied to the shoulder blades, on the side through the armpits.
2. Waist: Place the tape horizontally around your torso at waist level (at the narrowest point).
3. Hips: When measuring the hips, the tape should run horizontally across the widest part of the hips and across the fullest point of the buttocks.
